Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Candidate preferred to have prior shift lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workload, plan and coordinate daily activities of the support team.
• Forecast workload demand and project deliverables with technical leaders.
• Resolve conflicting priorities and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coach others and develop expertise across the function.
