Job summary

You will collaborate across IT teams, drive process improvements, optimize configurations, and develop technology roadmaps to support business continuity and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s-like background with 5–8 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Office products and tech skills in cloud, data analytics, and security.
• Ability to guide teams and convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting business operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze and optimize system configurations for performance and availability.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide upgrade/migration recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technology strategies and roadmaps.
