Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Technology Administrative Coordinator to support the Director of Technology & Operations. You will help manage technology assets, onboarding processes, inventory, and documentation while partnering with HR, Operations, Accounting, and field teams.

The role emphasizes high organization, customer service, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced construction environment. A strong command of Microsoft Office and data management is required.

Formación

• Associate degree preferred in business/IT fields.
• At least two years in admin, operations, or tech coordination.
• Experience maintaining records, inventory, and data in spreadsheets/databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams.
• Experience with asset tracking systems or inventory management software.

Responsabilidades

• Learn technology operations, processes, and workflows.
• Build relationships with department leaders and field teams.
• Manage technology assets, inventory records, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tech documentation.
• Provide ongoing admin support to the Director of Technology & Operations.
