Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. in California, is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our project management team. You will support project managers with documentation, schedules, budgets, and coordination between field and office.

Ideal candidates have a 1–3 year background in construction, ability to read plans, and strong organizational skills. You will help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Read/interpret civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans.
• 1–3 years construction industry experience.
• Proficiency with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and tracking.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate between field and office teams.
• Review drawings/specs to understand project requirements and scope.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.
• Help with project logs, closeout documentation, and vendor coordination.
