Integral Care in Travis County, Texas seeks a Technology Operations Coordinator to provide advanced administrative, operational, and project coordination support for the Technology Team. The role focuses on procurement, asset tracking, equipment logistics, vendor liaison, and leadership support.

Ideal candidates will have five years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a background in technology or IT operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible administrative or operational support experience.
• Experience supporting senior management.
• Experience coordinating technology procurement, vendor interactions, or financial documentation.
• Experience supporting technology projects, operational initiatives, or asset management systems.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office technologies including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology procurement activities and manage purchasing documentation.
• Maintain asset records and inventory; track equipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate equipment logistics and vendor interactions.
• Provide administrative support to Technology leadership and assist with departmental reporting.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies and training/documentation.
