Job summary

Eleven Western Builders is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery of construction projects across California and the western U.S. You will coordinate documentation, submittals, procurement, and closeout with Project Managers, Superintendents, and clients.

The role emphasizes organization, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work across multiple projects from startup to closeout.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of project coordination, construction administration, or project support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of construction documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and Adobe PDF editing tools.
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or similar project management software preferred.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Eleven Western Builders' operations, construction processes, project workflows, and business lines.
• Build relationships with Project Managers, Project Executives, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Become familiar with project documentation, including contracts, specifications, plans, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout requirements.
• Gain proficiency in project management and construction software including Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Sage 300, and Microsoft Office.
• Support project startup activities, document control processes, procurement coordination, and project tracking activities.
