Job summary

Intuit's Tech Learning team seeks a Program Manager to orchestrate the day-to-day operations of a learning organization, including dashboards, budgeting, and vendor relationships, while delivering AI-focused programs for technical development.

You will own the operating rhythms, manage Jira planning infrastructure, build data-driven insights, and partner with AI learning teams to scale impactful initiatives across engineers, PMs, and designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, vendor/procurement management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) in day-to-day workflows for analysis, reporting, and drafting.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of building and running operating rhythms (planning cycles, reporting cadences, leadership reviews).
• Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets, including contract renewals, spend tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operational data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage vendor relationships and budgets, including contract renewals and ROI analysis.
• Design and run the team's operating cadence, planning cycles, and reporting rituals.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting translating training data into insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with onboarding and AI learning teams to support program deployments and curricula.
