Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to work with executive leaders, shaping board content and cross-functional strategy across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Business segments.

You will develop data-driven frameworks, manage end-to-end initiatives, and build narratives that connect technology priorities to business outcomes.

The role requires strategic problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to influence across a complex organization.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years delivering strategic and operational impact.
• Experience in high-growth startups, management consulting, or strategic roles at large companies is desired.
• Proven ability to leverage data and develop insight-backed hypotheses.
• Business and technical acumen, preferably in SaaS or platform technology.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate executive presentations for CTO in board meetings and CEO staff forums.
• Partner with senior leaders to outline data-driven strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Lead strategy projects end-to-end, from hypothesis to recommendation to operationalization.
• Develop narratives that highlight outcomes delivered across the Tech Ecosystem and their connection to strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships across the Tech Ecosystem and CTO staff to align priorities across tech priorities.
• Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate decision making and sharing best practices.
