Job summary

Intuit's Tech Learning team is seeking a Program Manager to operationalize the learning organization, owning dashboards, budgets, vendor relationships, and planning rhythms.

You will lead programs ranging from technical talks and onboarding to AI-focused training, partnering with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, frictionless execution.

This role is the operational backbone, integrating strategy into disciplined, repeatable delivery and driving readiness for new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, vendor/procurement, or related field.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) for analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with experience building operating rhythms (planning cycles, reporting cadences, leadership reviews).
• Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets, including contract renewals, spend tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate operational data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and program tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Responsibilities

• Own vendor & budget management: renewals, usage tracking, and ROI.
• Design and run Tech Learning's operating cadence and planning cycles.
• Build dashboards and reporting translating training data into actionable leadership insights.
• Establish durable, scalable planning frameworks for growth.
