Job summary

Tenable is seeking a Creative eLearning Developer to design and build interactive training content, videos, and collateral. You will combine multimedia design, graphic artistry, and technical writing to deliver polished, LMS-ready courses from storyboard to final packaging.

The role emphasizes creating 2-D/3-D assets, scripting, and captioning, with responsibility for end-to-end delivery, adherence to branding, and accessibility standards across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eLearning development, multimedia, or graphic/video design experience.
• Ability to write scripts, captions, and course copy for training materials.
• Experience with end-to-end course development and LMS publishing.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive training content and collateral.
• Create 2-D/3-D graphics and video animations.
• Author modules using Storyline or Rise 360; ensure accessibility.
• Package courses to SCORM/xAPI and test learner tracking.
• Maintain brand guidelines and templates.
• Lead and mentor junior designers as needed.
