Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
• Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
• Collaborates with content developers, designers, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
• Uses approved tools and templates to standardize development and reporting.
• Maintains all content and participates in quality review processes.
• Contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams and communities of practice.
