Anthropic Limited is seeking a Data Science Tech Lead Manager for Model Experience. You will guide analytics across product, research, and engineering, hire and mentor a data science team, and shape decisions with rigorous modeling and experimentation.

You will partner with executives to define roadmap priorities, establish metrics, and drive data-informed strategy as Anthropic scales its frontier AI products.

Qualifications

• Extensive data science leadership and analytics experience at scale.
• 3+ years managing data science teams with hiring and mentorship.
• Strong partner to senior product, research, and business leaders.
• Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to product, engineering, and research leaders to shape model roadmap and bets.
• Define the Model Experience data science agenda and priorities.
• Hire, manage, and develop a data science team, guiding analyses to drive decisions.
• Frame complex model and user questions, size opportunities, and make actionable recommendations.
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for external products and internal testing.
• Set bottleneck-free experimentation standards and lead high-stakes analyses.
• Translate analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership and partners.
• Establish foundational data practices and analytics infrastructure for rapid iteration.
