Job summary

MyEdSpace is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a globally distributed engineering team, shaping architecture and product delivery across backend, frontend, and ML components.

You will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design while championing a DevOps culture with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD. Remote/flexible with UK timezone overlap; compensation is competitive with upside.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong software architecture skills: API-first, modular design.
• AI-first mindset with LLMs and agentic tools.
• Experience across the stack: deep backend, frontend like React.js.
• Fluent in Agile/Lean methodologies and shipping value.
• Comfort with Docker-based, cloud-native environments (AWS).
• Track record of shipping user-facing products that are well-engineered.
