Responsibilities

• Qualify resumes and evaluate consultants against requirements.
• Familiarity with documents like exclusivity agreements, MSA, PO/SOW, etc.
• Understand tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099.
• Negotiate hourly rates and salaries.
• Maintain vendor relationships and source consultants via known vendors.
• Multitask and adapt in a changing environment.
