Estuate Software is seeking an experienced US IT recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for US IT contracts and full-time roles. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates within client timelines across multiple tech domains.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for US IT contract positions; full-time recruitment experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
• Good understanding of US staffing processes, work authorization, pay rates, bill rates, and employment models.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, ATS/CRM platforms, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize urgent positions.
• Strong understanding of Boolean searches, keyword searches, and resume screening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and support US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US IT contracts and full-time roles.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, referrals.
• Recruit for various IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Eng, QA, BA, PM, SAP, Oracle).
• Review job descriptions and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates for skills, work authorization, location, and compensation expectations.
• Conduct initial screening calls and validate qualifications and interest.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients with well-formatted resumes.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offers negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors and clients.
• Work with US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) per client requirements.
• Understand US work authorization categories (citizens, GC, EAD, visa).
• Maintain ATS/CRM records, submission trackers, and updates.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and client policies.
