Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Integration to lead onsite deployment of technology in newly acquired CPA, tax and accounting firms, ensuring Day 1 readiness and adherence to enterprise standards.

You will travel extensively, coordinating with IT, security and office leadership, and guiding associates through hardware installation, access provisioning and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance
• Strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with facilitation
• Minimum 3 years related work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and product planning tools
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
• Ability to establish priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite deployment and stabilization of technology in new acquisitions
• Coordinate equipment procurement, logistics and vendor communication
• Travel to acquired offices to execute integration plans
• Provide hands-on IT hardware deployment and installation
• Ensure access to business platforms and collaboration tools
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align with standards
