Job summary

Deutsche Bank seeks an experienced Vice President in the Investment Banking Technology Coverage Group to lead high-profile transactions from start to finish. You will work with senior leadership, clients and cross-functional teams on M&A and capital markets advisory and execution.

You will coordinate analysts, develop materials for client meetings, and apply advanced quantitative methods to evaluate and execute transactions while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in deal execution for M&A and capital markets in Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years investment banking experience in Technology group.
• Experience supporting senior bankers across all transaction stages.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and insight.
• Series 79, 63 licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of live transactions from start to finish.
• Prepare detailed presentations and client memoranda for meetings.
• Analyze and synthesize corporate and financial information and perform due diligence.
• Coordinate junior bankers to move marketing and execution steps forward.
• Develop materials for meetings on M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Maintain relationships with product teams and senior management; mentor analysts.
