Qualifications
- 5+ years investment banking experience in Technology sector
- Experience across all transaction lifecycle stages
- Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage execution of live transactions within Technology coverage
- Apply financial and qualitative methods to evaluate M&A and capital markets transactions
- Coordinate junior bankers and move marketing and execution processes forward
- Analyze detailed corporate and financial information and conduct due diligence
- Collaborate with product teams across debt/equity markets and related services
- Provide leadership and mentorship to analysts and interns
