Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Vice President or Director in Technology within Investment Banking Technology in San Francisco. You will lead and execute high-profile technology-focused M&A and capital markets transactions, coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will leverage advanced financial modeling, analytics, and AI tools to enhance productivity, while mentoring junior staff through complex deal execution and client interactions.

Qualifications

Strong modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage execution of live transactions within the Investment Banking Technology coverage team.
Prepare detailed presentations and memoranda for client meetings on M&A and capital market transactions.
Develop materials for meetings with clients regarding M&A and capital market transactions.
Evaluate and execute mergers & acquisitions, debt financing and equity raising transactions.
Coordinate and review analytical work of junior bankers to advance marketing and execution processes.
Analyze and synthesize detailed corporate and financial information; conduct due diligence.
Mentor and train analysts and interns; collaborate with product groups across IC and markets.
