Qualifications

• Experience across all stages of a transaction lifecycle including pitching, marketing materials and financial models.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage live transactions from start to finish as part of Technology coverage.
• Prepare detailed presentations and memoranda for meetings on M&A and capital markets.
• Coordinate and review junior bankers' work to move marketing and execution forward.
• Maintain relationships with product teams and monitor sector trends.
