Job summary
Deutsche Bank seeks an experienced Vice President in Investment Banking Technology Coverage in San Francisco. Lead high-profile technology transactions end-to-end, coordinating with senior bankers and clients to craft strategic advisories and financing plans.
You will develop detailed client materials, perform rigorous financial modeling, and mentor junior staff, while leveraging a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years investment banking experience in Technology.
- Strong modeling and analytical skills with MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
- Experience in deal execution in M&A and capital markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage execution of live transactions in Technology coverage, preparing materials for client meetings.
- Apply advanced financial methods to evaluate and execute M&A, debt, and equity transactions.
- Coordinate and review analytical work of junior bankers to move marketing and execution processes forward.
- Analyze and synthesize detailed corporate and financial information and conduct due diligence.
- Collaborate with product teams across leverage debt, equity, and other capital markets.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to analysts and interns.
