Qualifications

• 5+ years investment banking experience in technology coverage
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with Excel/PowerPoint/Word

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of live transactions as part of the Technology coverage team; prepare presentations and client materials
• Apply advanced financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods to evaluate and execute M&A, debt financings and equity raises
• Coordinate and review analytical work of junior bankers to drive marketing and execution
• Analyze and synthesize detailed corporate and financial information; perform due diligence
• Collaborate with product teams across debt and equity capital markets, FX and rates
• Provide leadership, mentorship and training to analysts and interns
