Qualifications

BA/BS in affiliated field required.
5+ years of HR experience in healthcare/operations.
Experience increasing HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Consults with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR department.
Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Monitors and reports on workforce and succession planning.
Identifies training needs for teams and individuals.
Nurtures a positive work environment.
