Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 10+ years progressive HR experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change leadership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders and navigate complex org challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior technology leaders to understand priorities, org challenges, and workforce needs.
• Provide strategic counsel on talent, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Influence business decisions through data, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure capability for current and future objectives.
• Collaborate on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development strategies.
• Support performance and talent strategies to strengthen organizational readiness.
