Job summary

You will manage client communications, schedule appointments, and provide technical assistance with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair. Strong customer service and basic computer literacy are required. Reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and professional verbal/written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with hands-on tool usage for hardware.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 25 lbs frequently (and up to 50 lbs occasionally), standing/walking up to 4 hours, and frequent bending/stooping.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage client communications, handle incoming phone calls, and schedule appointments.
• Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on support for computer hardware, including assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Customer Service: Deliver professional, high-quality assistance to a wide variety of clients.
• Hands-on Assembly & Maintenance: Utilize basic hand tools to service, open, and work on computer components.
