Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking a Customer Technology Support Representative in Anoka, MN. This temporary role offers hybrid work (in-office for the first month, then remote) with a weekday schedule and a Saturday rotation.

You will provide technical support by phone, email, and online, helping customers resolve software and hardware issues. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 3+ years in helpdesk or customer service, strong MS Office knowledge, and experience with Android/iOS

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in helpdesk support or customer service.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience troubleshooting devices and applications on Android, iOS, and other operating systems.
Familiarity with CRM software or similar customer management tools.
Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via phone, email, and internet to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Diagnose user questions and guide customers through step-by-step solutions for software and hardware problems.
Assist with product installation, setup, and training for new customers.
Verify and log customer information accurately in the support system.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and escape calls when necessary.
