Responsibilities

• Conduct tech and data privacy due diligence for M&A.
• Evaluate policy compliance with laws and industry standards.
• Perform legal research on corporate, tech, and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams under supervision.
• Participate in client meetings and business development as appropriate.
