Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and other strategic corporate transactions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand engagements across practice areas.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions for complex transactions.
• Counsel clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, entity formation, restructuring, compliance, and related matters.
• Supervise, mentor and develop associates and counsel within the Corporate & Securities group.
• Contribute to firm leadership, strategic planning, and business development efforts.
