2020 Companies has part-time Territory Sales Representative opportunities representing our client, Dell, in Omaha, NE. The role involves selling, training, merchandising, and promoting Dell and Alienware products in regional and national retailers, with a weekly rotating schedule to deliver consistent messaging.

The position emphasizes flexible part-time hours, training opportunities, and travel within the assigned market to engage store teams and customers with the latest Dell technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other tech/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
• Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
• Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
• Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule.
• Guide consumers with the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision.
• Coordinate Group trainings and execute.
• Be able to not only promote the Dell brand to customers but also work closely with store associates and management to build tight-knit relationships.
• Attend bi-annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
