Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and place IT and Engineering professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
• Develop candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Maintain strong coverage across assigned requisitions and proactively identify talent for current and future openings
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruiting process from initial contact through placement
• Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements, priorities, and hiring needs
• Submit qualified candidates who match client job requirements and culture
• Review and manage requisitions through VMS/MSP programs and direct client relationships
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding activities, and client-specific documentation
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and pipeline information within company systems

As our client base and recruiting demand continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Technical & Engineering Recruiter to join our team.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on identifying, engaging, and placing top technical and engineering talent across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in a staffing agency environment, enjoys building relationships with candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

We're looking for a recruiter who is confident sourcing passive candidates, managing multiple requisitions, supporting both VMS/MSP and direct client requirements, and partnering closely with account managers to deliver exceptional talent to our clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
• Experience recruiting IT and/or Engineering professionals
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Strong phone presence and ability to engage and build relationships with candidates
• Demonstrated success generating candidate submissions, interviews, and placements
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting VMS/MSP staffing programs preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work on-site daily in Bingham Farms, Michigan
