Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 3-month engagement. You will focus on pipelining and recruiting specialized Technical Operations and Engineering talent in biotech and life sciences.

This hands-on role requires building strong candidate pipelines, screening deep technical qualifications, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers. Remote work is allowed based on business needs; onsite options may be available at Boston-area

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in biotech/pharma/life sciences.
• Experience recruiting Validation/CQV Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Capital Project Managers and other Technical Operations roles.
• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing environments and capital projects.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools; familiarity with ATS like Greenhouse.
• Experience managing multiple technical requisitions and coordinating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for Technical Operations and Engineering positions from intake through screening and interview coordination.
• Recruit for specialized roles including Validation Engineers, CQV Engineers, Capital Project Managers, Facilities Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Process Engineers, Project Engineers, and other technical roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive technical talent in biotech/pharma/life sciences.
• Proactively build pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs with GMP/manufacturing expertise.
• Conduct candidate screens to assess technical experience, project background, and compensation expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines, and provide market insights on availability and activity.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS; ensure high-quality candidate experience.
• Balance multiple searches in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through consistent communication.
