Job summary
One Medical is seeking dedicated primary care physicians right out of residency to join our Houston offices in a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment. You will build lasting patient relationships, participate in onboarding and ongoing learning, and collaborate with a distributed team to deliver high-quality care.
The role targets residents completing Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency programs in 2026 or 2027, with a base salary range and potential for added compensation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or completed residency last year and scheduled to take next Board Exam.
- TX license obtained before start date.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits as needed.
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures.
- Supervise NP/PA colleagues.
