Job summary

One Medical in New York City is seeking current Residents/Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for a full-time physician role in primary care. You will manage a patient panel, conduct in-office or testing-center visits, and participate in weekly clinical rounds while collaborating with on-site and virtual teams.

Applicants must be enrolled in or recently completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency, be board-eligible, and hold a NY license before start date; base

Enrolled in or completed Family Medicine or IM residency program.
Board eligibility or recent completion within a year.
New York State medical license before start date.

Responsibilities

Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care.
Conduct in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits.
Participate in weekly clinical rounds and team huddles.
Supervise NP/PA colleagues.
