Job summary

One Medical is hiring current residents or fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for offices in Houston, TX. The role focuses on managing a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits, with in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health encounters.

You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures under supervision as part of a team dedicated to transforming primary care

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in TX, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, or tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities for in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.
