Job summary

One Medical is seeking a residency-trained physician to join our Houston office, delivering high-quality primary care in a tech-enabled environment. You will build lasting patient relationships, participate in ongoing clinical rounds, and collaborate with both in-person and virtual teams to provide comprehensive care.

Ideal candidates are completing Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency within the past year, board-eligible, and licensed in TX or eligible to obtain licensure before

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family/Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in TX, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP/PA colleagues.
