Job summary

Onshore, based in New York City, is seeking an experienced Business Development professional. The role involves strategic prospecting, outbound outreach, and close collaboration with senior leadership to target accounts and partnerships.

The base annual salary is $75,000 with an additional bonus; in-office attendance is required Monday-Friday in NYC. Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Business Development, Sales Development, or a customer-facing role with quota responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is required (Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field are preferred).
• Passion for technology, AI, and the financial/tax industry with the ability to learn technical product concepts.

Responsibilities

• Strategically uncover qualified businesses using creative prospecting techniques.
• Proactively connect with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Work with directors to identify high-priority accounts and partnership opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with owners/executives to understand needs and demonstrate value.
• Maintain CRM with detailed outreach records for seamless follow-up.
