Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation for emergency service requests after hours.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow processes for apartment turns to ensure readiness for new move-ins.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance on systems and appliances.
• May train other technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
