Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our Perimeter Circle community in Sandy Springs, GA. The role focuses on turning apartments and resolving service requests to ensure residents feel at home, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will use modern maintenance technology, work with a stocked shop, and participate in AIR’s career development programs, including a path to higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare for the next resident move-in.
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace plumbing, electrical components, HVAC and appliances as directed.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality checks and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary based on team, community needs, and season.
