AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join Lumin East Cobb in Marietta, GA. This on-site role supports residents by handling repairs, turn-ins, and preventive maintenance, using modern tools and organized shops.

You will work a flexible schedule, earn about $24 per hour with potential monthly bonuses up to $250, and may access a 50% rent discount and benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends; on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation for emergency requests.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team.
• Complete basic apartment turns for move-in readiness.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance.
• May train/guide other Maintenance Technicians as needed.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team needs and season.
