Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician for Harbor & Pine #5 in Marietta, GA. You will help residents by turning apartments before move-in and handling service requests to keep homes comfortable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to readiness for the next resident move-in.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train and direct other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
