Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Two years of technology support or training experience preferred; Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist library patrons in using library computers and their personal devices connected to the library Wi‑Fi.
• Provide help with email, online forms, printing, saving files, and general computer operations.
• Guide patrons in using printers, photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Help maintain a welcoming environment by following library policies with staff support.
• Assist with implementation of new library services as they arise.
