Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager to govern technology delivery programs and coordinate cross-vendor solutions across the bank. You will own project lifecycles from initiation to closing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements while driving governance, reporting, and risk management.

This role emphasizes integration, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to PMO standards to ensure timely, compliant project outcomes and successful technology

Qualifications

• Requires four-year college degree in business, technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Five to ten years in project/program management, PMO leadership, or technology delivery in banking or financial services.
• Experience coordinating vendor-based implementations and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business lines to validate scope and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, including requirements definition, evaluation and design, and execution of implementations.
• Establish and enforce Project Management methodologies, frameworks, and governance aligned with PMBOK standards.
• Coordinate cross-vendor dependencies and ensure technical readiness and alignment.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on project status, budget, risks, and dependencies.
