Job summary

defi SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced project manager for its Project Management Office. You will lead and coordinate large-scale technology initiatives across distributed teams, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and align projects with enterprise standards.

This staff-level role focuses on governance, reporting, and stakeholder management. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience in complex environments, strong communication, and ability to drive change across geographies.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including delivering technology projects in a large, complex business environment.
• Established working knowledge of project management practices, tools and processes.
• Proven thought leader who communicates with influence and builds trust-based relationships.
• Proven experience operating in large, complex business environments delivering mission-critical services.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, implement and close projects with formal governance.
• Develop detailed project plans defining scope, schedule and budget across departments.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and issues; report to executives.
• Coordinate third‑party vendors and manage client expectations.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
