S&T Bank is seeking a seasoned project delivery leader to govern technology programs involving third‑party solutions. You will own projects end‑to‑end, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and PMO standards.

Requires 5–10 years of program management experience in banking, with strong vendor management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in business, technology, or related field.
• MBA preferred and PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification encouraged.
• Experience in banking or financial services and vendor-based implementations.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance across projects and manage cross-vendor dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives and maintain project plans.
• Enforce PMBOK-aligned methodologies, templates, and reporting.
• Coordinate with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and escalation processes.
• Lead risk, issue, change, and compliance activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide mentoring and training support to junior project managers.
