Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in software delivery.
- 3 years in a leadership or delivery management role.
- Proven success implementing and operating within an Agile, Scaled Agile, or Lean portfolio management environment.
Responsibilities
- Leads and supports cross-functional Agile delivery teams, including engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture.
- Monitors progress, removes blockers, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Champions Agile principles while adapting delivery practices to support team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Translates portfolio strategy into actionable delivery plans and execution priorities.
