Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a results-driven Agile Delivery Leader to oversee cross-functional engineering teams, driving efficient software delivery through Agile, DevOps, and disciplined SDLC execution. The role combines leadership with hands-on development to reengineer team structures and processes, improving estimation accuracy and delivery effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Facilitates core Agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, retrospectives) while removing blockers
Partners with DevOps and engineering leadership to streamline CI/CD pipelines and release cycles
Tracks and improves delivery metrics (velocity, lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR)
Adjusts team structures and practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Applies SDLC knowledge to review delivery estimates and optimize technical execution
Aligns backlog priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations
Improves workflow transparency with Agile tools and dashboards
Leads continuous improvement to reduce waste and shorten cycles
Supports release planning, dependency management, delivery readiness, and incident learnings
Prepares leadership updates and status reports communicating progress and risks
Promotes Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices across teams
