Job summary
New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to ensure portfolio objectives are delivered through technology execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, align with architectural standards, and drive high-value solutions.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes, manage risks, and champion Agile practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe or related delivery certifications preferred.
- Minimum 8 years in software delivery with leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Delivery Management: leads cross-functional Agile delivery teams; monitors progress; removes blockers; manages risks and dependencies; ensures timely delivery.
- Technical Delivery Leadership: translates portfolio strategy into actionable plans; evaluates approaches; drives decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: serves as trusted partner to Digital Leaders, Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Quality and Continuous Improvement: monitors performance; improves quality, automation, and delivery efficiency; ensures policy compliance.
- Talent & Team Development: mentors Scrum Masters and delivery team members; supports capability growth and learning.
