Qualifications

• Hands-on technical background in software development, systems engineering, architecture, or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering software end-to-end in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture and data flows between distributed systems.
• Experience troubleshooting using logs, HTTP status codes, and diagnostic information.
• Experience in major incident troubleshooting and technical triage.
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog refinement, capacity management, and release management.
• Experience developing delivery estimates including scope, staffing, dependencies, timelines and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead software delivery from planning through development, release, and production support.
• Drive sprint execution, standups, backlog refinement, and capacity planning.
• Investigate issues using logs, APIs, HTTP responses, and system behavior.
• Participate in major incident troubleshooting, triage, and resolution.
• Assess feasibility, dependencies, staffing, risks, and costs for initiatives.
• Identify and remove blockers while maintaining visibility into sprint commitments.
• Collaborate with product, business analysis, engineering, and architecture to refine requirements.
• Monitor sprint capacity, delivery forecasts, roadmaps, and release readiness.
