Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking a Manager Tech Lead Web US to provide technical leadership across the PMI US Direct digital ecosystem, focusing on Front-End, Digital Experience, and Commerce delivery. You will partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Engineers, and Solution Architects to translate architectural vision into robust, scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex digital experiences at scale for a U.S. audience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical leadership and large-scale digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to deliver digital commerce solutions end-to-end.
• Strong modern frontend engineering knowledge including headless and API-first approaches.
• Experience guiding multiple product teams and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and architecture into actionable technical solutions.
• Lead frontend, digital experience, and commerce delivery across platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with standards and product goals.
• Drive backlog refinement, dependencies, and risk management.
