Job summary

Synechron, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams in Atlanta. You will lead end-to-end delivery, translate business needs into technical workstreams, and engage senior leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and governance standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale application development and technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive technical discussions with architects, developers, business analysts, and leadership teams.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into technical workstreams and actionable project plans.
  • Facilitate project planning, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and architecture reviews.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and delivery milestones.
  • Drive decision-making by balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and project timelines.
  • Monitor project metrics, resource utilization, and budget considerations.
  • Ensure delivery follows SDLC, Agile, and project governance standards.
  • Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to achieve successful outcomes.
